New T30 PTO Jetting Truck

After years of customer requests for a turnkey jetting vehicle, Enviroline decided to investigate the possibility of a purpose-built maintenance plumbing truck with jetting capabilities.

18 months of development later, The T30 was born and released to market, and what a reception it has received!

Based on the Hino 616 chassis, the T30 is an outstanding allrounder, with huge amounts of storage space, ample payload and a PTO powered jetting system all in a rugged package that’s more compact than a standard 1 tone Ute.

The T30’s PTO powered jetting system is extremely effective and offers an impressive performance of 35 L/min @ 5000 PSI, without the need of an auxiliary petrol engine, resulting in lowered maintenance and running cost and a lower carbon footprint.

Being fitted with an industrial remote-control system that allows for operation of the jetting system and the powerful 24v hose reels makes the T30 a very ergonomic and safe unit to use.

The T30 is 100% designed and manufactured in Australia. This means that you get a product that is built for your conditions and Australian wide service backup, all while supporting Australian manufacturing.

In conclusion, if you are a plumbing contractor looking for a cost-effective, efficient, and ergonomic jetting system then it would be well worth your while checking out the T30 from Enviroline Group.

The 4 Different Styles of Jetters: Which One is Right for Your Business

As a plumbing professional or pipe maintenance contractor, having the right equipment can make all the difference in the success of your business. That's why it's important to choose a jetter that meets your specific needs. At Enviroline, we manufacture 4 distinct styles of jetters to meet the diverse needs of plumbers, contractors and facility management professionals.

  1. 1. Trolley Jetters: These jetters come with a wheel kit, making them easy to move around a site if necessary. They are a popular choice for facility management due to their versatility, and moving around tight locations.
  2. 2. Ute/Van Mounted Jetters: These compact jetters are a favourite among plumbers, especially in built-up areas with tight access. The hose reels can be mounted in different locations when setting up. Just be aware that it's important to choose a location on your ute that is easy to access for regular servicing and if locating within a van, you have ample air flow for the air-cooled engine. You contact at Enviroline will be able to assist if you have ay questions.
  3. 3. Trailer-Mounted Jetters: These jetters are commonly used by councils, water authorities, and plumbers in rural areas. They offer the ability to transport larger heavier units and to carry more water, making them a great choice where longer distances are travelled and site access isn’t so much an issue.
  4. 4. Truck-Mounted Jetters: For large-scale pipe maintenance work, truck-mounted jetters are the way to go. The jetter is incorporated into the truck body build, leaving ample space for storage for other tools and equipment. Enviroline’s PTO-driven truck jetters remove the need for another power source saving you fuel, weight, and extra maintenance cost. Truck-mounted jetters also often include luxuries such as remote control, hydraulic controlled hose reels, numerous engine protection and safety shut off features.

No matter which style of jetter you choose, you can be confident in the quality and reliability of our products. All of our jetters are designed and manufactured right here in Western Sydney and we offer on-site demonstrations on all models. Whether you are a plumbing professional, facility manager, civil contractor or water authority, Enviroline have the right jetter to meet your specific needs.

Choose Enviroline for a jetter that is built to last and designed to perform in the tough conditions of the Australian job site.

Why is my battery dead?

Maximizing Battery Life in Your Jetter

As a plumber, you rely on your jetter to get the job done quickly and efficiently. However, one common issue that many plumbers face is a short battery life. There are several reasons why this may be the case, and in this blog post, we will explore the three main culprits and offer some tips on how to extend the life of your jetter's battery.

Leaving the key in the 'run' position

One common mistake that plumbers make is leaving the key in the 'run' position when they're not using their jetter. This keeps the fuel solenoid open, drawing power from the battery even when the jetter is not in use. To prevent this, make sure to turn off the key and take it out when you're not using the jetter.

Starting the jetter with the valve shut

Another mistake that plumbers make is starting the jetter with the valve shut. This puts extra load on the starter motor and battery, reducing the life of the battery. To prevent this, make sure to open the valve before starting the jetter.

Short run time

Jetters are typically used for short periods of time, which doesn't give the battery enough time to recharge. To ensure that your battery is properly recharged, make sure to run your jetter for at least 30 minutes once a week. This will give the battery enough time to recharge, extending its life.

By following these tips, you can help extend the life of your jetter's battery and ensure that your jetter is always ready to go when you need it. Remember that running jetter for 30 minutes once a week will help to recharge the battery and keep it in good condition.

As always, it's a good idea to consult the owner's manual for specific instructions and recommendations for your jetter's battery. By following the manufacturer's recommendations and taking good care of your jetter, you can ensure that it will be a reliable tool for many years to come.
