What is 3FLOW?
Traditional jetting nozzles are manufactured using cross drilled holes, which creates turbulence and pressure loss that wastes energy and slows the flow.
With a passion for innovation, the SEWERQUIP team is constantly searching for performance-enhancing technologies. Using computer generated models to analyse water flow, we re-designed the internal flow configuration to optimise the efficiency of the water flow path. We then road-tested the nozzles extensively in the field to make sure the theory stood up to real life.
And it did! Our comparative testing shows that a 3FLOW Nozzle can be up to 30% more efficient than an equivalent standard nozzle, generating more thrust and less internal pressure loss.
