Purchase Declaration

I acknowledge that I have inspected and accept my new equipment as supplied to me by Enviroline and that in order to retain my warranty I will abide by the below points:

  1. The limited warranty provided by the manufacturer
  2. My owners' responsibilities in respect to the correct service procedures and maintenance periods contained in the operators' manual that I have received.
  3. I acknowledge that I understand the correct operating and safety procedures as set out in the manuals and instructed by the selling dealer representative in respect to this equipment.
  4. I understand that the main safety issues with this product are:
    1. Possible injury from high pressure water
    2. Possible risk from infection from sewer bacteria
    3. Possible hearing injury and burns
